Power… It’s Personal
What a week! For days my personal power has been rather rocky.
The U.S. is a bit crazy and its hard to stay away from it and not have it ‘leak’ into my space. Covid and the political climate is wearing out lots of people, me included, so I’ve added some new layers to my day. In order to stay positive and keep away from the divisive chatter on-line and on tv.
More learning, more leaning into the business. Learning FB ads a bit and working on new designs for my line. Plus more outside time to breathe and be.
Thank goodness for my clients who invigorate me and share their journey. We are NOT alone, and each of us is doing our best.
Many are thriving. Its a joy to witness.
I love to listen to podcasts as I walk each day… I give myself and hour or so to cruise the neighborhood with my Wally-man and learn. I was listening to a Tom Brady interview this week. The famous quarterback football player.
He said something that really resonated. Something I invite you to consider:
“Do you wanna be Your best or The best?”
Great question! Cuz as he explained, when we have our eye on being THE best we are missing out. We’re missing out on our personal best, our personal contribution, the unique ability we each have to truly make an impact.
When we focus on THE best, we’re now competing. We’re comparing ourselves to someone else’s gifts.
However, when we look at how to be OUR best we’re bringing forth our own unique gifts.
We’re acknowledging that they way we were created is perfectly perfect for the mission we envision.
We are on track to achieve what we’re here to do.
This is the ultimate in Branding if you think about it.
Your brand is your unique expression.
Your business presents an iteration only you could dream up or create, infusing your work with Your essence.
Your gifts are yours. No accidents. Completely on Purpose.
I often think of it as a bit like being on the tv show Chopped. Where 4 people get a basket of ingredients and each make their own dish. Same ingredients create 4 totally different outcomes. One or two may be similar, but I’ve never ever seen a show where the dishes are the same. Your brand is like that too. Your ingredients make up a unique recipe all your own.
So today I want to invite you.
If you are ready to play… consider what it means to be YOUR best.
I invite you to go a bit beyond what you see on face value. Go deeper to consider what you’ve got that can be amplified.
Where your gifts can be expressed, increased, infused into your work in new ways.
Think about how they can be shared differently and with greater impact.
Doing so will add to your brand.
And your services will have a greater capacity to be of value to your audience.
That’s your personal power. Your Brand Power.
So, please go find yours. Go Search or partner with a mentor, a coach, a strategist.
Find your OWN so you can share it with others.
YOUR Personal Best awaits.
Much love to Your Unforgettable Adventure!
