The Great P.A.U.S.E.
Here we are, the end of the year.
What a wild ride its been! For some its been the best yet, for others the worst.
One thing is for sure, we’ve all earned a break. We made it. We made it through this crazy cacophony of events we never could have imagined in ways we never thought we could. We worked harder, found new opportunities, danced with the devil of circumstances and made it all come together. Whether its been a sprint or a crawl, you’re here.
No matter what you found this year to be, you did get things done. You did overcome challenges and you did make strides forward. So please acknowledge yourself for all you did.
Take the time to stop and rest. Make this time a Pause before the next year begins. Practice some self care, do a look back to see what lessons were learned. Give yourself some white space to dream. Find some quiet meditation time so your mind can open to new, while releasing the old. Maybe journal about what’s next and see what reveals itself.
Talking to clients this last week, we’ve taken some time to notice how strong we’ve been. Business owners are responsible for more lives than our own, for more futures than we see. That can feel heavy. Yet, I invite all to find where the joy is, where the brightness showed up, where people came through. Each time the stories are amazing. Our people went above and beyond. Our clients stayed and played. And through it all many found a new commitment to the work.
To remind us of this time I want to share the value of the P.A.U.S.E…. to take the time to:
Get some SUN &
ENVISION what’s next.
Stay strong. Stay calm. And let’s move into the next year with a renewed vigor.
HAPPY NEW YEAR and enjoy the Holidays!!
p.s…For those who wish to explore further, who are ready to design a new map to future possibilities…please let me know… I’m here to help.
